Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange for items that meet the following conditions:

- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

- For damaged or incorrect items, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Photos are required to expedite the process.
Making a Return or Exchange

Processing Returns and Exchanges
- Contact RhinestoneX support with your order number and reason for the return.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back to the address provided by our support team.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.
a. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- If your return is approved, you’ll receive a full refund to the original payment method used for your purchase within 5 business days.
- Please allow additional processing time by your bank or payment processor for the refund to reflect in your account.
b. Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or color (subject to availability), We will guide you through the process and ensure that your replacement item is shipped promptly.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the original item was defective or incorrect.
c. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, including:
- Made to order, Personalized or custom-made items
- Used or worn products
- Items not in original condition
All non-returnable items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
International Returns
For customers outside the UK, USA, or Europe, return shipping may take longer, and customs fees or import taxes are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for additional costs related to international returns, unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.
