To be eligible for an exchange:

Exchange Process
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, we’ll make it right—at no extra cost to you.
However, if you’re requesting an exchange for reasons not related to our error (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), a flat exchange shipping fee of $24.99 will apply.
